Purpose

To update on the Council's Performance
Management Report for Q2 2024/25.

Content

That the Transport & Connectivity Policy Committee:

 

1.     Noted performance
against the Business Plan relevant to this Committee, including the
issues raised and measures to address performance issues to be
implemented by relevant services.

 

2.     Noted that there
is a process underway to refresh the Corporate Strategy and related
KPIs. The Chair of each Committee will be briefed about this in the
new year, to enable all Policy Committees to help shape the KPIs
they receive each quarter.
