Purpose

As part of the Bristol City Council Children
and Families transformation programme – Our Families, we are
developing projects to improve our workforce sufficiency. One of
these projects is to partner with a recruitment agency to recruit
high quality, experienced social workers from overseas.
The Council has contracted with Constellia as a strategic
procurement partner, and via this partner the Council wants to
subcontract to a recruitment agency who specialise in recruiting
social workers from abroad with the intention they will recruit and
relocate 15 social workers during the 18-month life of the
contract.
