That Cabinet:

1.     
Authorised the Executive Director – Children & Education
in consultation with the Cabinet Member Children's Services,
Education and Equalities to take all steps required to vary the
Alternative Learning Provision (ALP) framework to cover post-16
SEND support in-line with the maximum budget envelope as outlined
in this report.
