Purpose

Ameresco under the City Leap Energy
Partnership were obliged and most suitable to carry out the work in
this project of which the aim is to deliver energy efficiency
upgrades and cyclical maintenance to multiple blocks of flats
within the Council’s social housing estate.

Content

Approval to enter into contract under the
terms of the City Leap Energy Partnership Concession Agreement.
(Project detail) Low Carbon Energy Infrastructure – funded
partly by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, Cyclical
Maintenance and Planned Improvements budgets. The aim is to deliver
energy efficiency upgrades and cyclical maintenance to multiple
blocks of flats within the Council’s social housing
estate.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - As a right of first of refusal
under the concession agreement with Ameresco BCC are legally
obliged to offer Low Carbon Energy Infrastructure Projects to
Ameresco under the terms of that contract.
