Purpose

On 24 January 2023 Cabinet approved the HRA
Development Programme 22-27 and authorised the Executive Director
of Growth and Regeneration, in consultation with the Section 151
Officer, Cabinet Member for Finance, Governance and Performance
and
Cabinet Member for Housing Delivery and Homes to implement the HRA
Development Programme including all steps necessary to procure and
award contracts (including goods, works and professional services)
during 2022/23 to deliver the HRA Development programme capital
investment plans.

Content

Approve entering into contract with GCP
Architects to provide services to progress consented designs to
RIBA stage 4a at Leinster Avenue, review for compliance with
updated building regulations and Employer’s Requirements and
to discharge relevant pre-commencement conditions.
