Purpose

The current library management system contract
will expire in May 2024 and is business critical to the operation
of Bristol Libraries, and the rest of the Libraries West
consortium.

Content

To agree and implement the successful contract
for the replacement Library Management System for Bristol
Libraries, as part of the Libraries West Consortium (7
authorities).
This contract will be for 10 years until 2033, with implementation
date of June 2023.
