funding for the acquisition of two properties.

That Cabinet:

1.     
Approved funding for the acquisition of two properties from the One
Lockleaze development as outlined in
this report.

2.     
Authorised the Executive Director Children and Education and
Director of Finance in consultation with the Cabinet Members for
Children, Education & Equalities to spend the funding to
acquire and determine the appropriate place for the properties to
be held and managed within the General Fund in accordance with the
options set out in this report.
