Winterstoke House, Southbow House and Whitemead House, Duckmoor
Road, Ashton.
Projects included in current housing investment plan as approved at
cabinet.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Other contractors were consulted
with via official engagement meetings. It was found that Triangle
fire services were the best suited in terms of experience, value
for money and timescales. Bristol City Council also consulted with
and visited other councils to ensure Triangle Services were the
correct contractor. Future routes to the market and contractors are
being explored for future works.
