Purpose

To procure main contractor for the 100 Temple
Street Landlord’s Works.
We are following a two-stage Design and Build procurement process,
with the second stage (which this award relates to) being via a
Pre-Construction Services Agreement, under which the selected
Contractor, will finalise the RIBA Stage 4 designs, undertake
surveys, sub-contractor procurements and develop their construction
phase delivery plans.
