Purpose

This is an annual programme of works. Some
budgets were not fully spent in year in 22/23 and others are likely
to underspend in 23/24 so are being reallocated to other projects
that require funding to ensure budgets are utilised and schemes
delivered

Content

To agree the changes to the Integrated
Transport Block capital programme allocations.
Review and reallocate carry forwards from 22/23.
Balance overspends from 22/23.
New allocations to Bristol Cycle Centre and Park Row ATF 3
schemes.
