Purpose

At Cabinet on the 6th June 2023 Cabinet gave
approval and authorisation to allocate funding to enable continued
activity to deliver improvements and financial savings during 23/24
as part of the Our Families programme. This included authorising
the Executive Director for Children and Education in consultation
with the Cabinet Member Children, Education and Equalities to take
all steps required to procure and award the contracts (including
above the key decision threshold) to support the programme within
the agreed scope and allocated budget as outlined in the Cabinet
report.

Content

To award a contract to PWC to provide
consultancy services to review and redesign the end-to-end
Education Health and Care plan process for children/young people
with special education needs.
