Purpose

The Strategic Partner offer continuity on this
project, with the various technical and professional skills
(project management and civil engineering design) to prepare the
design and planning application pack for the ‘CIWs’.
Tasks include: scheme design; update to RIBA 3 utilities package;
further investigation surveys on site; submission of planning
application; detailed design RIBA 4 in preparation for procurement
of the works.
