Purpose

To seek approval for the disposal of Bristol
City Council assets which have been identified by the Estates
Strategy Board as being surplus to the Council’s
Requirements.

That Cabinet

1.     
Authorised the Executive Director – Growth and Regeneration
in consultation with the Deputy Mayor with responsibility for
Finance, Governance and Performance and S151 Officer, to take all
steps required for disposal of the assets listed in exempt Appendix
I, whilst ensuring best value is obtained for each property.
