Millmead House, Middleford House and Hayleigh House, Silcox Road,
Hartcliffe.

Option 1 - Options explored of part of
tendering exercise. However, to ensure value and give confidence of
being able to effectively mobilise and deliver programme the direct
award approach was used. Pricing within the framework agreement
allows for confidence that value for money has been achieved.
