Purpose

Bristol City Council wishes to commission a
multi-disciplinary design team to support the design development of
two individual projects:
• Project A: Council Housing Development at White Hall
however, for fees to be eligible a planning application must be
submitted this financial year (March 24).
• Project B: Replacement Scout Facility at Bamfield,
Hengrove.
Project B is linked to the wider development of Hengrove
Park,
Emmett Russell Architects have previously undertaken pre-planning
work on both projects and are best placed to progress full-planning
applications for both projects whilst meeting the relevant
deadlines for external funding.

Content

Appointment of Emmett Russell Architects to
act as lead designer for both projects. The appointment will cover
works to RIBA 3 (full-planning submission) and the option to
progress to RIBA 4a (technical design).
