RESOLVED:
 

1.     
To approve the proposed inflationary uplift and give delegated
authority to the Executive Director of Adults and Communities in
consultation with the Chair of Adult Social Care Committee, to take
all necessary steps to allocate the £9.357m inflationary
uplift to care provider fees
 

2.     
To note the proposed process for the Executive Director to
implement inflation uplifts.
 

3.     
To receive a report on the impact of inflationary pressures on the
adult social care market, and recipients of adult social care in
the October 2025 Policy Committee meeting.
