Investment Programme for 2022/23 and are required so we maintain
our assets to a decent homes standard.

Content

Approval to award works to be carried out at
blocks of flats at Brentry Lodge, Passage Road, Henbury, Bristol.
Works to include: external and internal repairs, painting, roof
cover, window replacement.
