To seek approval to procure and award the
contract for an environmental enforcement concession
service.

That Cabinet:

1.     
Approved the procurement of an environmental enforcement concession
service as outlined in this report.

2.     
Authorised the Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Climate, Ecology, Waste
and Energy to take all steps required to procure and award the
contract for an environmental enforcement concession for a period
of four years
