Purpose

To seek approval of and authorisation to
submit the Harbour Revision Order to the Marine Management
Organisation and the creation of ring-fenced accounts for the
Harbour Authority.

Content

That Cabinet:

1.     
Approved the creation of ring-fenced accounts for the sustainable
management and operation of the Harbour.

2.     
Authorised the Interim Executive Director Growth and Regeneration
in consultation with the Mayor to take all steps required to
finalise and submit the Harbour Revision Order to the Marine
Management Organisation.
