To seek approval of a Commuted Sums policy to
levy capital payments for the ongoing maintenance of assets.

That Cabinet

1.     
Approved the Commuted Sums Policy as set out in Appendix A.

2.     
Authorised the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration in
consultation with the Cabinet Member Transport to take all steps
required to implement the policy and make minor amendments as
required.

3.     
Noted that officers will continue to consider whether commuted sums
can be applied to grant funded projects.
