To loan capital funding to Goram Homes ltd to
the value of the independent assessment to fund the purchase of
Baltic Wharf for mixed use development of 166 homes, including 40%
affordable, and commercial floorspace.
The Terms of repayment are to be determined by the Section 151
Officer as part of finalising the loan agreement.
