The Committee RESOLVED to:

Note and comment on the Housing Consumer Standards Programme (HCSP)
improvement plan summary (Appendix Ai).

·      
Note and comment on the landlord compliance performance report
(Appendix Aii).

·      
Approve the Housing Consumer Standards Improvement Strategy
(Appendix Aiii).

·      
Note and comment on the resident’s voice actions and feedback
from the Housing Scrutiny Panel (HSP).

·      
Note and comment on the update on new and upcoming legislation and
regulatory changes.

·      
Note and comment on the update from the latest regulatory review
meetings with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).
