commissioning the contractor for works to Park Row, Perry Road,
Upper Maudlin Street and Colston Street was published on 27
November 2023. This Officer Decision Notice reflects the final
contract value, following construction.

The Executive Director for Growth and
Regeneration (in consultation with the Chair of the Transport and
Connectivity Committee, the S151 officer, and the Head of Legal
Services) has authorised the change to the contract value. The
original contract value: £2,224,990.19, final contract value:
£2,649,547.37 (an increase of £424,557.18).
