Purpose

To update the Adult Social Care Committee on
the Target Operating Model (TOM) project’s purpose, progress,
and how it supports the modernisation and continuous improvement of
Adult Social Care (ASC).

The Committee
RESOLVED to:
 
1.     
Note the aims, objectives, approach and status of the TOM
project
2.     
Note the project is focused on enabling the delivery of the
Transformation and Improvement programme and MTFP savings of
£14.5m across Adult Social Care.
3.     
Support the ongoing delivery of the project
 
The Committee noted
the recommendations as laid out in the report.
