Purpose

To seek approval of a time limited exemption
package for qualifying citizens with non-compliant CAZ vehicles
impacted by the introduction of the CRSTS schemes.

Content

That the Committee for Transport and
Connectivity:
Approved the preferred option of offering a
time limited exemption, one year from date of opening of the Bus
Lane and Bus Gate, and financial support package for those eligible
citizens with non-compliant vehicles who are impacted by the
introduction of a Bus Lane and Bus Gate at the Northern end of Park
Street.
