Purpose

To seek approval
for the undertaking of development and implementation work for the
Resident Parking Scheme (RPS) areas identified in the delivery
plans subject to the necessary consultation and approvals.

CAZ for development work and implementation of the areas identified
in the delivery plans (subject to the necessary consultation and
approvals).

permit system implementation consistent with existing RPS and
procuring and awarding contracts.

1.That the Transport and Connectivity
Committee approved the undertaking of development and
implementation work for the RPS areas identified in the delivery
plans subject to the necessary consultation and approvals.
2. That the Transport and Connectivity
Committee approved the total allocation of £7,502,000 for the
RPS expansion programme of which £4,999,000 will be allocated
from CAZ for development work and implementation of the areas
identified in the delivery plans (subject to the necessary
consultation and approvals), with a presumption that this money
will be reimbursed to the CAZ funds.

and Regeneration in consultation with the Chair of the Transport
