To seek approval of the School Organisation
Strategy 2025-2028.

The committee RESOLVED: (4 members voting in
favour, none against, 5 abstentions)
 
1.     
To approve the School Organisation Strategy 2025 – 2028, as
provided in Appendix A1.
 
2.     
To endorse the proposed reduction of primary surplus capacity
through targeted PAN reductions.
 
3.     
To support continued capital investment in Early Years provision to
meet expanded entitlements.
 
4.     
To note the strategic planning required to manage future secondary
surplus and maintain sufficiency.
 
5.     
To approve the expansion of local SEND provision to meet rising
demand and reduce reliance on out-of-area placements.
 
6.     
To agree to monitor post-16 sufficiency and support targeted
provision for vulnerable learners.
 
7.     
To note the consultation report at Appendix F.
