Purpose

To provide a high-level summary of the
Expressions of Interest (EoI) received, for information only,
noting a more detailed paper will follow (including relevant
decisions) once a full assessment of proposals has been
undertaken.

RESOLVED:
 
 
1. To note the high
level of interest that has come forward though the Harbour
Commercial Prospectus, Bristol Harbour Activated A high-level
summary of Expressions of Interest (EoI) can be found in Appendix
E.
2. To Note that the
bigger proposals will now follow a 2-stage process 1) We will
appoint a commercial property advisor to help assess the more
significant proposals that have been submitted, then 2) seeking
best and final offers that will be brought back to a future Harbour
Committee.
3. To Note that
leases for the smaller, short-term proposals will be approved by
the Head of Bristol Harbour Service/Director of Management in line
with the existing scheme of delegations
