To approve the Outline Business Case for the
‘Managing Our Debt’ Project and approve the funding
request for project funding of £403k plus £46k
contingency to realise the target benefits and develop the Full
Business Case.

for additional £403k plus £46k contingency to be funded
from the Transformation Reserve to develop the Full Business
Case.

Alternative options considered

The alternative to approving the Outline
Business Case and funding to develop the Full Business Case was to
cease the Managing Our Debt Project and accept non-delivery of the
target benefits.
