Bristol City Council wishes to award a direct
award for the continuation of music and streaming services into the
two crematoria in Bristol.

Approval to award a contract to Vivedia
Limited following a direct award procedure, from 16 March 2026 to
31 March 2027.

Alternative options considered

Other routes to market were considered but it
was felt due to there being a small number of suppliers capable of
carrying out the service required, and that the spend value is
under threshold and the existing supplier is already providing the
streaming service the option of direct award for a short time
represents the best value for money.
