The decision was to award the work to Ashcroft
Services Ltd following tendering the works via a mini competition
from a BCC framework.

Alternative options considered

The tenant’s existing property was not
suitable for adaptation; therefore, a more suitable property was
identified at the Making Best Use of Housing Stock panel. The
tenant agreed to move into this property prior to adaptations
taking place.
