South-Central Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) Framework

The Committee RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
 
1.     
To approve the one-year Southcentral IFA Framework extension,
including our membership and call off arrangements until March
2027.

 
2.     
To approve a budget of up to £15 million to spend on
foster care placements called off the Southcentral IFA
Framework.

3.     
To authorise the Executive Director for Children and
Education in consultation with the Chair of the Children and Young
People Committee to take all steps required to enact the one-year
Southcentral IFA Framework extension and incur spend of up to
£15m, including  membership and
call off arrangements until March 2027.
