Purpose

Additional interim finance resource required
due to immediate and urgent need to support the Housing and HRA
service areas following existing interim contracts closing.
On-contract route has not been successful initially, with no
appropriate candidates being available at the appropriate seniority
through that route in the timescales required, which has required
an off-contract route to procurement to be facilitated due to the
urgency of the resource requirement.
