Purpose

This is required to reflect the duration of
external works that require management and the continued
requirement for PMO support in dealing with an extended defects
liability period. Cabinet approved the total budget of
£131.9m in Jan 2023 with delegated decision making given to
the Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration. This decision
utilises capital within the approved budget to meet the delivery
requirements of the project. See cabinet paper January 2023.
