Approved capital expenditure as critical
updates required to Bristol Operations Centre Technology, as it is
end of life and out of sync with national analogue to digital
switch over and strategically agreed for investment in the Bristol
Operations Centre asset. Covers expenditure of £497,999.00
for phase 1.

To enable commencement of Bristol Operations
Centre (BOC) Tech update phase 1 to commence. Agreement for capital
spend in 24/25 up to £497k from the allocated capital budget
for the programme entitled ‘BOC Tech Upgrade.
