Purpose

Bristol City Council ('BCC') was awarded a
capital grant from the DfE to re-model two children homes. The
overriding objective is to create properties that are nurturing
homes for vulnerable children and young people.
The decision to accept and spend the DfE grant was made by Cabinet
on the 23 January 2023 and delegated authority to the Executive
