Purpose

The Contract is being awarded following a
procurement for modernisation works to lift 10 at Bristol City
Council’s 100 Temple Street Offices. The decision has been
made in accordance with the budget and delegated authority approved
by Cabinet in June 2023.

Option 1 - All tenders received were evaluated
based on the published evaluation criteria and award to alternative
contractors were rejected as their bids were not the most
economically advantageous received.
