To establish a member task and finish group to
produce and recommend a cultural strategy to the Strategy and
Resources Policy Committee.

(unanimously):
To note the report
and officer recommendations and to proceed to establish a working
group for Culture, and to adopt the terms of referencesubject to
further discussions amongst the working group itself.
