Purpose

To add a value via an officer executive
decision of £499,524 to the budget envelope for Overton Road
and Princess Victoria Street outlined in the cabinet paper on 24
January 2023 (agenda no 19). This is more than the initial 124k we
had agreed in the previous ODN that was published in July, because
tenders have returned and are considerably more than we had
estimated. This means we need to overwrite the previous decision
and add a value of £499,524 to the initial decision via an
officer executive decision.
