Modification of S106 obligations relating to planning permission 07/22/0147/O to reduce developer contributions in line with project viability - Land at Cross Nursery, Newgatestreet Road, Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire, EN7 5RU.

It was noted that if the Committee was minded to grant the application the County Council had asked if the section 106 education funding could be pooled to provide greater flexibility in its application. The officers indicated that there would be appear to be no objection to this request.

RESOLVED that;

(a)  the s.106 agreement is varied to reduce developer contributions to £77,455 per dwelling; and

(b)  the officers seek to ensure that where possible the section 106 funding should be allocated to serve the Goffs Oak area.
