and landfill at Bramcote has been legally adopted by Broxtowe
Borough Council, to seek approval for Section 106 open space
contributions to be used to fund improvements to the open space,
for the capital scheme to be included in the capital programme for
2026/27, to seek approval that public consultation take place to
name the site and that designation of the site as a Local Nature
Reserve be sought.
