Decision
The Leader AGREED:
- 1. To deliver the remaining outcomes for the Local Authority Housing Fund (15 further homes) in partnership with a Registered Provider, via a grant funding agreement with a Registered Provider.
- 2. To amend the Capital Programme to create a new £2.13m LAHF Project, funded by reducing the budget for Holmers House/Jasmine Court from £6.2m to £4.1m.
- 3. To delegate authority to the Service Director of Housing in conjunction with the S151 Officer to enter into a Grant Agreement between a Registered Provider and the Council for the purposes of delivering the Local Authority Housing Fund.
- 4. To note a further recommendation paper will be brought forward regarding the future use of Holmers House/Jasmine Court building
