Content

Pursuant to the Leader Decision in February 2024, the Leader
AGREED:
 
(1)                        
To acquire an additional 21 car parking spaces at
the Gateway Car Park (as shown in paragraph 1.2)
 
(2)                        
To authorise the Service Director for Commercial
Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Accessible Housing and Resources, Head of Legal and the S.151
Officer to conclude negotiations, complete due diligence, arrange
finance and exchange/complete on the transaction as set out in this
paper and the Confidential Appendix.

 
(3)                        
To approve the increase of the Capital budget for
this project by £115,000 funded from Capital Programme
contingency.
