Local Grant (WHLG) Memorandum of Understanding and initiate
delivery of the programme in Buckinghamshire. The WHLG will provide
government funding for energy efficiency and low carbon heating
improvements to lower income homes in Buckinghamshire.

AGREED the addition of £2,570,129 to the
capital programme and £453,552 (gross) to the revenue MTFP
from the Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme, phased over three years,
and to proceed with delivery of the proposed
programme.

 

2.     
AGREED to proceed with the project and release
the funding into the contract with the identified provider and for
project initialisation & delivery.
 
 
This decision is being taken
under the Special Urgency provisions of the
constitution.  The council is required
to return a Memorandum of Understanding to accept the grant funding
by June 6th, otherwise the funding is at risk.
