To approve entering reciprocal easements with Network Rail in regards Winslow
Train Station.

Reasons for the decision

As part of the development of Winslow Train Station, the associated car park serving the train station will shortly be transferred to the Council by Network Rail.

To facilitate access to/maintenance of services serving the car park and reserving rights for bus operators to enter the train station forecourt, the Council requires an easement over the train station forecourt. The station forecourt will remain in the ownership of Network Rail.

Likewise, Network Rail requires a reciprocal easement permitting them the rights to install and maintain lighting on the car park.

Alternative options considered

Entering Easements will facilitate the better
management of the Train Station, forecourt and car park by Network Rail and Buckinghamshire Council respectively.
