The
Leader:
 
AGREED the recommended contingency plans and the approach to
triggering the plans as outlined in the confidential
appendix.
 
 
Due to the critical nature of
these services and their integrity to the health and wellbeing of
the service users who benefit from them, this decision is being
taken under the Special Urgency provisions of the constitution, in
light of the unexpected and unforeseeable financial distress of the
Council’s supplier.
