Purpose

Beaconsfield, which are in poor health and pose unacceptable
potential risk of harm to the public.
It
was noted that there is an existing agreement with an adjacent
land owner that saves two trees
initially identified for removal. If this permission is revoked
during final design stages it is AGREED
to remove these two additional trees.
