13. Exemption from publication: There are
confidential appendices to this report, which are exempt by virtue
of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the
Local Government Act 1972 because they contain information relating
to the financial or business affairs of any particular person
(including the authority holding that information).

To transfer the site as per contract dated 14th October
2022

Reasons for the decision

The transfer of this site was agreed by
Cabinet in February 2022. An option agreement contract was agreed
14th October 2022. The long stop agreed for the transfer was 3
years after the contract date. Therefore, transfer is due to take
place 14th October 2025.

Alternative options considered

Alternative Option Considered:
The Council is obligated to proceed in accordance with the terms of
the contract, as no alternative course of action is
available.

Benefit:
Delivers income for the MTFP and complies with the terms of the
contract
