Content

Consilio Property Limited (CPL)
was incorporated on 15th September 2017. The nature of the business
included developing building projects, construction of commercial
buildings and the letting, management and operation of real estate.
The Council was the 100% shareholder of the company.
 
The options for Cabinet to
consider were detailed in the confidential appendices. The
recommended option (as adopted) would not have any impact on the
Council’s General Fund Reserves.
 
RESOLVED that Option 1 as summarised below be
approved:

1)     
Start marketing of the Tatling End site owned by
Consilio Property Limited (CPL) for disposal. All offers to be
reviewed (including those from Registered Providers) prior to any
decision on disposal.

2)     
Transfer of the remaining assets and liabilities
of CPL to the Council.

3)     
Wind up of CPL in an orderly
manner.
