Decision rationale: The property is subject to a tenancy that is due to end on 31 March 2026. The new lease to a new provider allows the provision of accommodation and care for people with a learning disability and to facilitate the requirements and specification of the Service Contract

Take back possession of the property

Non Benefits: If the lease is not agreed the property would drain council resources and funds to keep the building in repair while it is vacant and disruption for the
families during any period of closure
